CSSN: Bebi, Time Traveler Coloration

I've had this one sitting on my computer for a long time actually, and finally got to coloring it today.

This is *Goddess-Chachi's Celebi, Bebi (pronounced Bey-beh), she'd given permission to color the lines ages ago hopefully she isn't too mad that I finally finished it today.
