Timmothy Anderson, Create a villain contest

Name: Timmothy Anderson, his most commonly used pseudonym.

Age: unknown. Being a test tube child from Project Enigma his date of birth was never really noticed. He was just another weapon.

Physical characteristics: Blue eyes, white hair, pale almost clear skin, and 6'3"

Back story: Born a test tube child for a super soldier program Timmothy never felt like he was human. He always felt inferior to the others and it showed. When his twelfth birthday came and left with no powers emerging he was put in with the other failed attempts who were just waiting to die. While in there he nursed a hatred for humanity in general, he blamed them for his troubles and vowed he would get revenge. Just before he was slated to die one of the successful experimentations, Engima-37, convinced the scientists that the failed attempts could still be useful. He was safe, for now. Under 37's leadership he learned how to feel and how to forgive. By the time they were all freed a year later by the x-men he no longer felt the resentment towards humanity that he had before. He lived a normal life. He fell in love, got married, and had a son. It was just as things were finally starting to look up that he found out that he had cancer. In searching frantically for a cure he was driven right back into the waiting arms of the scientist who had created him: Nyx. She promised him that she could fix him, what she was actually doing was reprogramming him and awakening the dormant mutation he had at birth. She was successful on both parts and by the time Timmothy died he had already figured out a way to carry out his orders. He used his ability to transfer his consciousness into anyone on his son and hid deep within the child's subconsciousness and waited. It didn't take him long to realise that his son was the perfect age for his mutation to kick in, all he needed was a high stress situation. Timmothy suggested that his son go out onto the thin ice, and his son Taio did so (under the impression that he was controlling his own actions). Taio fell through the ice and stayed under for twenty minutes. When the paramedics finally arrived they obviously attempted to revive him, they were astonished when they were successful and rushed him to the hospital. Taio survived the drowning but now hypothermia was setting in. Amazingly he survived and recovered from that as well, he came out of the hospital with the ability to make ice his body was also now partially ice. His father was very pleased with the results and made sure Taio lived exactly how Tim wanted him to live. Tim settled himself in Taio's emotions and began pulling the strings until Taio came to the x-factor academy. There Taio met Didge and her secondary personality Seera. Seera was roughly the same age as Taio and developed feelings for him a few months after he arrived. Taio began having feelings for her as well but Tim ensured they were kept under a lid. After a mission in which Taio nearly got killed and Seera accidentally stopped her heart (she was later revived much to Taio's relief), Seera was offered a chance to get her own body. She gladly accepted and was transferred into the body of Mary Noland who had killed herself after she found out she was pregnant. Taio was now beginning to fight back. Tim was furious and in a last ditch effort to get control of his son he tried to kill Artemis, Didge, and Seera. He failed and was sent to hell by the angels that work at the school. There he made a deal with the devil in order to fulfill his orders.
